19 (5 year) inspections:
We perform the California State Fire Marshals 5 year inspection.
This is a required test for all Fire sprinkler systems installed
in the state of California. You will receive the Fire Marshals
certification tag installed on the system if it passes all
phases of the test. If there are deficiencies with anything
in the system, you will be given a list of what needs to be
corrected as well as our price to perform the work.

4 City of Los Angeles 5 year testing:
This is the same type of test performed above but it satisfies
the City of Los Angeles regulations for the 5 year testing.
It requires a special License for the person performing the
testing.

NFPA 25 (5 year) testing:
This is a similar testing to the tests above. It is a standard
that all other states use, except California. California is
expected to adopt this standard in some form, late in 2005.

Quarterly
and Annual Inspections:
Many Insurance companies require quarterly and annual inspection.
We set up a plan for you, and make sure you are always in
compliance with your insurance carriers requirements.

Fire
Pump Testing:
We provide weekly pump testing on Electric and Diesel fire
pumps, as well as annual fire pump testing.

Fire
hydrant flow testing:
Annual Flow testing of a fire hydrant is necessary to make
sure the proper amount of water is available to fight a fire.
We test these hydrants for annual Fire Marshal tests and for
water companies looking for specifications on current recourses
in their jurisdiction.

Moving a wall? Remodeling a room with a new ceiling plan or
other changes? Whether you are adding a room or just moving

Emergency Repairs:
Hit a sprinkler with a fork lift? Damage a pipe. Just give
us a call, we will respond to an emergency repair as soon
as possible and assist you in any way we can.
